    Default Child Labor Laws

My question involves employment and labor law for the state of: florida.

hello i am a minor in the state of florida. The child labor laws that supposidly help kids are now making my life hard to live because i have bills that i have to pay and i am out of school and need more money before im eighteen to get a start on life. Is there anyways i can get around these child labor laws i have looked at the emancipation and am also wondering how to go upon doing that. I am not one of those ignorent people i am just someone who developed panic attacks at the age of twelve and couldnt go to school and my parents never got hospital home bound because they dididnt know about it and the school eventually kicked me out for abscences. So in order to make my life financially stable and to pay the bills that will allow me to get a house at the age of emancipation. Im just looking for something that will allow me as a minor to work as if i was eighteen in a fortune five hundred company and get the hours that come with it. I am very self dependent and need the hours so i hope someone out there can help please respond and thank you

No, of course there is no way around the law. They are not guidelines; they are LAWS.

The ONLY way for a minor in Florida to be emancipated is if the parents will file the petition, and not always then. But I can tell you, even if your parents are willing, a kid who got kicked out of school and who doesn't have a job sufficient to support himself is NOT a candidate for emancipation. Emancipation is rare and only happens for the most qualified candidates. You don't even come close.

In this job market, forget about getting a job in a fortune 500 company. People with good job histories are having trouble getting that kind of job. An inexperienced kid doesn't have a prayer.
