    Default Experian Reporting Discharge Date

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: NC
I had a CH. 7 filed BK in 2/2004. It was discharged in 6/2004. On my Experian report all of the dates under the creditors listed in the BK have "Debt included in CH 7 bk on 6/2004". They've since added some incorrect charge offs between those dates. I thought the date listed should be the date filed, not the date discharged. This was just changed on my reports recently. Seems like the more I fight the worse it gets sometimes. Any advice on what to do?

The discharge date is the relevant date, not the date you filed.

If there are errors on your credit report, dispute them.
