    Default Age of Child

My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Arkansas
I have been married to a women with two children for 13 years. The children are now 23 and married and just turned 15. The 15 year old has not received any communications from bio father for 4 years or so. Not Christmas, birthday etc....the bio bum has made no effort for years to have any kind of relationship with the 15 year old. Every so often about every 8 months or so the bio bum will send things through lawyers like, visitation schedule ( which we comply with by per judge) school records such as what child is enrolled by last name. (not using my last name) which no problem the child go by his/her legal last name. The child does not want to have anything to do with the bio bum. What can we do to help legally. The same things have happened to the child who is now 23 and married when he/she was younger. Anytime the children wanted to see the bio bum whether it was scheduled or not. We made sure it happened. The bio bum knows nothing about either child. He only cares about himself.I would not be writting this if the child wanted to see the bio bum..................This is all getting old for the child having to put up with all the crap from the bio bum....what can we do.........

You can ask Bio Dad to give up his parental rights but if he refuses yuo can face a long fight with no promise of outcome you desire
