    Default Forgery in Pennsylvania

My question involves injury or loss that occurred in the state of: PA

My wife's ex forged her name on a document, and then lied to the police about it. He filed false allegations against me and her, which were dismissed, but cost us thousands of dollars. He says things to the kids to make us look bad, and it really is screwing them up. He even lied, saying he was taking my step-daughter to therapy when he wasn’t, which was required by the school district because of her behavior problems. Is there anything I can legally do to sue and stop him to get my life back? I’m also devastated and emotionally hurt.

    Thank you

PS:// What kind of Attorney I need ?

If you're being criminally prosecuted for something, you should hire a criminal defense lawyer. If you have a family law dispute, consider hiring a family lawyer.
