    Default Running Away or Emancipating

    What would happen if I were to leave my parents house and they protest it and call the police? Would I go to jail? Would they take my brother away from them? More info please. I am 15.

    Default Running Away from Home

    If you run away from home, the police would ordinarily try to return you to your home. If this were a problem, the matter could end up in juvenile court.
