My question involves criminal law for the state of: Florida
I'm currently on probation and recently violated by being arrested for breaking a temporary restraining order. I broke the injuction by placing phone calls to my girlfriend. I was arrested for this. When we went to court she dropped the restraining order and has also asked the States Attorney to drop the whole case, due to the fact that we are back together (in the same home) and reconciling. My question is when I go to court for violating my probation, am I looking at doing more time? I have been doing everything that I've been told to do while on probation (working fulltime, paying monthly, community service & staying out of trouble).
