if you have the judges phone number, I will call and ask him. Other than that, there is no way to know. He may lock him up as he does have reason to do so but if he will or not is something only the judge knows.Q2. will the judge lock him back up?
He needs to plead anything that will keep him from having probation pulled. If there is truth to the statement, then of course use it. Doesn't mean the judge will be sympathetic but as long as it is true, I don;t see how it could hurt.Q3.He's had two major interviews and was turn away not because of the felony but because he was actively on probation, should he plead these issues?
On top of that, bro needs to bring in the hundreds of contacts he has made since Jan '07 in an attempt to gain employment to show the judge these two he is concerned with now weren't the only two in that past year and a half.
