Default Meeting with My Lawyer for the First Time

My question involves an injury that occurred in the state of: California

Tomorrow is the first meeting with the lawyer my insurance company is providing to defend me during this lawsuit.

    My questions are:
    1) What should I bring? I have a burned CD of the pics from the accident, should I see what other evidence I can bring?

    2) What information should I get from her? (i.e. when am I required to appear at the coourt house with her...etc...)

Just bring what you have. If there is anything else your attorney needs, she will ask you for it. Also, she will tell you when/if you need to appear for any mediation, hearings, etc.

Good luck and most of all, relax.
