    Wink Can I Change the Locks

    from north carolina my wife moved out and has aknowledged and i have written prove that she has commited adultry and stated to me on a recorded phone conversation that when i saw her with her new boyfriend that she left so i wouldnt get beat up by him can i change the locks on the house we purchased even thought she didnt take all of her possesionss i do plan on letting her get all of her items but does she have right to accesss since she abondaned marriage and sent me a letter of seperation

    Consult a lawyer about initiating a divorce and getting an order for exclusive possession of the premises.
