Default Getting Emancipated If You Have No Place To Live

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Washington

This may sound like a weird question, but please hear me out.

My girlfriend of 1 year lives in Washington State and has been having some major family issues. She told me that she wanted to get emancipated, but didn't know how to go about doing it. I told her that you needed to be at least 16, have a source of income, have parental consent and be able to manage your educational, financial and social life. But she doesn't have a place to live.

Now my question is this. Would she be able to move in with me (being 18) if she were able to comply with the above stated? I will be having a home in Canada within the year so I was curious as to how this might work, if at all. Any help in this topic would be highly appreciated.

Are you really asking if your minor child would be able to convince a judge to emancipate a minor so that she can move out of the country?

To a place where she doesn't have a job? To live with her boyfriend?

The chances of emancipation are already very small... less than one percent.

I know of no cases where a judge emancipated a child so she could go shack up with her boyfriend in another country.

There is not a chance on earth that a judge will emancipate her under the circumstances you describe.
