My question involves child support in the State of: Arizona
If I am still living in the home with my spouse can I establish child support against him/her?

What about the circumstances would justify an award of support? Support usually follows separation, when the spouse who leaves is no longer contributing to the expenses of the household.
Agreed.
Child support is not designed to be a punishment tool. It is designed to allow both parents to mutually contribute to the financial needs of the child.
To accomplish what you are asking, you would have to prove that the other parent lives with you but does not contribute.
Looking at your other thread... what are you hoping to accomplish?
