    Default Emancipation Process in Oklahoma

    My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: oklahoma
    How can mt daughter that is 17 be legally emmancipated? Her father is forcing the courts for visitation and she wants nothing to do with him. She is scared of him and has good reason. Can I get her emmancipated so she has a say in this?

    In Oklahoma, emancipating a minor means that she is able to sign legal contracts, and nothing else.

    It will not accomplish what you want to do.
