My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Illinois
Need help ASAP - my nephew, who lives in Kansas, just drove 7 hours to see his daughter. He and the mother are still legally married, with the only legal papers in place being a child support order thru department of children and families. His wife told him it was okay to come see her, after driving there, getting a place to stay, etc. she refuses to let him see his daughter - need info on who he can contact while there, he has to be back at work late tomorrow night so not much time. He cannot afford an attorney right now - the child support order was based on his prior employment which was about double what he makes now, he pays 125 a week in child support and only makes 11 an hour, but now she refuses to let him see her, this is the second time, she did this last year at Christmas and then finally agreed to let him see her - she just text messaged him that the police told her she did not have to let him see her and now she refuses - what options does he have on such short notice
