    Default SOL and Utility Bill

My question involves collection proceedings in the State of: Georgia

What kind of debt is a utility bill with regards to the statue of limitations? Is it an open account, a written contract or a contract for sale? If I understand correctly, a written contract is Georgia has an SOL of 6 years while the other two categories have SOLs of four years.

I believe in GA that utilities fall under the UCC SOL of 4 years.
