My question involves criminal law for the state of: Pa

I'll try to make this short. I was on probation on charges of theft by unlawful taking and ordered to pay back $6000 and community service. Well I completed the community service with no problem and thought the director sent them a letter to let them know I completed my time. Restitution was a little harder and I had paid I think over $3000 to date but have been on bed rest for several months and haven't made a payment. I'm ordered to come to court. They tell the judge I owe $5000! I did not know they tacked on all those additional court fees! Plus to make matters worse, they said I didn't complete community service and when we went to contact where I did it, the director no longer worked there and they had evidence I did alot of community service, but couldn't confirm I completed it.

So the judge revoked my probation. I have a formal arraignment in about a month. While waiting for my date, there was a girl I was talking to (yeah a nice place to meet people, huh?) who said at arraignment, I could possibly get my probation re-instated as she has done it several times. I didn't know that was possible. Honestly, I'm not sure if she's lying or not. What should I expect? Are they going to throw me in jail?
