Default Traveling While on Unsupervised Probation

My question involves criminal law for the state of: North Carolina

Hey guys. I was convicted of Misdemeanor Larceny but originally was arrested and charged with Felony Embezzlement. I graduate in may of 2009 and my family is wanting to travel to Europe for vacation. The thing is i was placed on 2 years of unsupervised probation so i didnt speak to an intake officer after my court date or anything.

The question is, am i allowed to travel out of the country? I know i was convicted of a misdemeanor but i didnt know if the felony charge would cause any problems. Any help is appreciated! Thanks!

Contact the Probation Department and ask them

    Better to ask first
