Question Rights to Use a County Right-of-Way

Property owners on either side of a 15ft wide paid road, with county right away of 40 ft, does one owner have the right to use the right away on the opposite side for his own purposes such as parking vehicles??? Tennessee

Default Re: Who Has Th Right of County Right Away

Not normally. Usually the property line is considered to be the center of the road. Check your deed to see how your property is described.
