My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: canton ohio

Hello ppl..i have some stuff to ask and i need answers!

first im trying to be emancatpied because of my mom she takes my money i get suvrivors benfits from my dad and she has to give it to me and she dont she buys pills and drugs and we got no food in this house and i have a daughter she will be 4 months on saturday and we got a court date for my rights and i kno i have rights becasue im trying to get back with the girl that had my daughter and she thinks there gonig to take her away and they aint going to and i dont want my mom to have visataion with her beacuse i dont ant her messing up my daughters life she makes me lie to the doctors becasue she can get money and she thrats to put me in jail she said i hit her and i didnt hit her when igot charged for A DV so i did 5 days in jail for nothing and i gacve up my right in court so i just said i did it but i never did i only get mad when i come to this house im at now when i was with my daughters mom i was never once was viloant she made me go get drugs for her and i if didnt i would have got in trouble and if i didnt lie for her she would have put me in jail and she trying make it seem like im phscyo and im not she makes me go to the doctors to get pills i dont even take i havent taken them since your 2006 and that was 2 years ago and i dont want to get in trouble for it but i had no choice to but to lie if she get visation then she is gonna take off with the baby and i dont want her to have any rights to her because my mom is a drug additc she goes broke in the next few days she gets piad she dont give me anything but only 20 bucks and says i got to make it last he whole month and i only got 2 pairs of jen shorts 3 pairs of shorts to sleep in and some shirts i dont want to be here i live thru and i got me a good place to stay if i do and that is with my daughters mom with her and her family they treat me good they make sure i got what i need...and i want to kno if that is a good things to get emantapatied faster well thats all i can think of that she has done and made me do someone please respond u can you please email me also at Jpimp1421@yahoo.com
