Default Change of Support and Bill Coverage in Ohio

My question involves child support in the State of: Ohio
Can the CSEA change my financial obligation of the coverage of bills? I know they can change the amount of support I'm required to pay, but can they change the amount of the medical bills that are left that MY insurance coverage doesn't cover? I'm the parent thats required to cover them with my insurance, and pay 83% of the support cost, but they also say that I'm required to cover 83% of the uncovered costs as well, can they do that?

Yes. There's nothing illegal about modifying your financial responsibilities.

If you feel they are too high, you can go back to court and ask for a modification.
