    Exclamation Barred from Medical Treatment

My question involves civil rights in the State of: NY

I am seeking a TENACIOUS ATTORNEY, as a court order is necessary to facilitate correction, and amend the violation of my civil rights, with regards to Insurance Fraud and Medical Malpractice.

Affectively, I am BARRED medical treatment for a serious condition that needs to be dealt with expediously, as I've been blackballed.

Due to the sensitive nature of this matter, I am not disclosing pertinent information on-line, given the prestige the liable conglomerates impart.

Well, without some detail, no one here can help you.

Asking for a "tenacious" attorney makes me think other attorneys may have turned down your "case".

Yes, you're assumption is correct. The circumstances are so corrupt, it's an absolute hindrance trying to find favor with an attorney.

The details are as follows: An Employer, the New York City Police Department , who provided an employee with HIP Medical Insurance, chose not to change or reduce the Policy from a Family Plan to an Individual Plan, when I was divorced from him, so they could keep receiving the established premium.

A code placed in the medical database by the Human Resources Department is responsible for blackballing me. Once my name is accessed into the medical database, fraud is apparent. (The code enables the wrongdoer distinction between legitimate accounts versus fraudulent accounts).

Obviously, I am left at a distinct disadvantage that warrants legal representation to facilitate correction.

So, " Are you up to the challenge"? Please , let me know.

    Thank you!

You won't find an an Attorney on here as per the terms of use for the forum.

Nothing on this website constitutes legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship, or other professional relationship, can be formed through the use of this website.

    How is this medical malpractice?

When you divorced, did you notify HR, IN WRITING, that your policy would change from family to individual? If you are still enrolled with HIP, how is it that you are being refused medical care or "blackballed"?

We can't give referrals to attorneys.

How does your situation involve insurance fraud & medical malpractice?

What do you mean you are being denied treatment for a serious medical condition due to being blackballed - why?
