Emancipation of an 18 Year Old in Indiana

Thanks to all of you for your help.

I do want to state what my last order from the decree stated as far as support.
It reads: Quote

"The court finds that Petitioner's support obligation effective (date) and continuing until further order, is ($) per week." Unquote.

This is my delima. ...until further order... it is so vague that I am stumped. What is until further order??? What if his father waits until say...my son is 23...does this support keep coming on and on and on until he decides to go to court to ask for emancipation? I mean...come on... do I have to wait and keep getting these checks deposited in my account until he is ready to go to court and then make me pay HIM back all the money that kept getting deposited because he didn't take the time to take me back to court???? I am pulling my hair out here!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! My sonand I don't even know where the SOB lives and I don't think it is my responsibility to take the time to hunt him down and tell him ...please take me back to court and stop supporting your son! He paid support for my oldest until she was almost 21, paid for my elder son until after he joined the military and now is still paying on my 18 almost 19 year old.

Is there something I am missing here that I am lawfully suppose to do?

Just throwing this out there....Isn't Indiana like NY? Doesn't support go to 21 unless NCP can prove that the child is emancipated before that?
