My question involves a child custody case from the State of: Virginia
I forgot one other question I had. In our CO it states mother to have unhindered phone access to child during father's visits. When the visits began my daughter's father had a cell phone and a house phone. I just called the cell phone in the evenings around her bedtime.
Now he has gotten rid of the cell and gave me a new house number and won't answer when I call starting at 8pm which is what he said to call around up until 10 pm. So I have no cintact until the next morning if he calls to have her speak to me then. I only talk for about 3 minutes (she is only 4 and lets face the I'm sure whatever she is doing over there is more fun than talking to me)
I'm not trying to invade on his time because I am aware that is it very little that he has with her, but I would also like to be able to call and speak with my child to make sure she is ok and tell her goodnight. And no this isn't my need to call, she is 4 and just started seeing her father again and I would like to make myself available to her if she needs me ( normally she doesn't but just in case) Any suggestions??
