My question involves labor and employment law for the state of: Ohio
Here goes. I just turned 30 the other day and dont like what ive sowed. My felonies are a attempted assault on a peace office(5th degree) 9 yrs ago and a burglary (4th degree) 6 yrs ago.
Neither charge I did any prison time on. Probation 5yrs instead. Have had about 15 misdemeanors in various counties ranging from thefts to dui's.
For the past 5 yrs i have had zero charges and have worked the run of the mill of felon jobs. Construction, restuarants, temp factories, mowing, ect.
Now that Ive finally decided I want the life of the average citizen, Ive found that getting licensed in any field is negative and a decent 35k a year job is also looking bleak.
So basically, my question is what can a felon get a license in besides driving?
