    Okay let me correct myself.

    What I was meaning is that he doesn't have to drive across state lines to have sex with the female. He is actually fine to have sex with her where he is at according to the law there.

    So I was only implying that he doesn't have to travel across state lines to have sex with her according to Florida laws
