Default Five Criminal Charges and a Restraining Order

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Michigan

I am being charged with two charges of assault and battery and 1 charge of mal- use of telecommunication services, M.I.P, and just got retail Freud tonight and I have a PPO against me also.
I am just wondering what kinda punishments I'm looking at I know it all depends on the prosecutor and I have a lawyer and I have to go to court for the retail Freud on the 3rd and my lawyer meets with the prosecutor on the 5th and my other court date is on the 15th I just wanna know if I'm surely gonna get nailed or not.

All you've told us is what you're charged with - we can't see the evidence against you, read the witness statements, or evaluate either the prosecution's or defense's strategies. Without a crystal ball, no one can give you an accurate prediction.
