Exclamation Speeding Ticket in California and No Insurance at the Time

My question involves a speeding ticket from the State of: California

I just got pulled over an hour coming back from a show in Irvine and I was less than a mile away from my place when I got pulled over for going 97 MPH in a 65 zone. Yeah I know stupid but my question is what will happen and how much is it going to cost? I do have insurance but I was not able to find my insurance card at the time because this is my first ticket. I have had a clean record with from 5/12/2006 and get hit with this thing. I usually don't even drive that fast with gas prices so high it was a very stupid thing to do.

My violation codes read as follows:

    22349(A) - Speeding
16028 (A) - No evidence of current insurance

All marked as infractions and marked no for correctable violations

What is the approximate price as well if traffic school will be eligible?

My age is 19 as well if that can give you anything to work with.

    http://www.courtinfo.ca.gov/referenc...008_jcbail.pdf

Page 23 has the Traffic Infraction Fixed Base Schedule for 16028 (A) listed as "Failure to provide peace officer evidence of financial responsibility".

Page 30 has the Traffic Infraction Fixed Base Schedule for speeding. 22349(A)

There is a lot of information there, that you can look thru. Or you can call the court and ask what the fines will be in the morning.

I did call the court but they weren't really able to help me since I got it directly in the early morning and they told me it would be 4-6 weeks till they actually have it in their system. The county I am in is San Diego County. The court house I am being sentenced to is the Vista Courthouse. I was only less than a mile from home. So close. I'll read through and see what I am able to do. I heard there are payment plans as well?

I also found my insurance what happens next?
