My question involves defamation in the state of: California
You know I always have my emails not considered because I may have made statements that aren't true. In the case of public figures (except actors/actresses), I always want to plan everything with any public figures, only star athletes. I plan to inquire a guardianship which any star athletes becomes my guardian. By the time I say this to anybody even to a guardianship service I need; they always believe it is really defamation. While for me, it is not. Occasionally, this gets worse because there is no proof. When I look at other people’s situation (for example they plan to marry a star athlete or anything else), their plans became true. The statements they made were also true. I don’t understand what went wrong in my situation. What could I have done better? How do I prove that these plans are true? Is it legal to take certain legal actions that involve public figures (except actors/actresses)? Or maybe is it legal to consent them first and visit state courts for some help? I encourage you to give some advises to me.
