a NJ city claims 10-12 feet right of way from center of street is city property.
verizon claims 6 foot easement of land from street line with former land developer (who is not current landowner) over 30 years ago and is claiming this 6 feet extends beyond the 10-12 feet ROW, which is private property and has installed underground equipment.
landlowner is not original grantor of easement with verizon (previously NJ bell). in easement grantor (land developer) includes heirs, administrators, successors and assigns. Is landowner bound by grantor's blanket ROW?
