Hello Betty
You really had a lot of information, but not to sure how to utilize all this info. quite yet. I however, back in early 2005 got the neccessary paperwork from Juneau, AK to start my paper work for a pardon; I filled out my reasons and after mailing it back got a response mentioning it takes a miniumum of 2 yrs to get an answer.
Since it's been about 2 1/2 yrs so far....I should hear something soon? The letter that I received mentioning my pardon was in process also went on to state that Alaska has only issued (2) pardons in the last decade. So my changes are very minimal! I should never assume, but really Alaska dosen't give you to much to go on.
I do have some rights back as a citizen i.e. voting, and whatever else goes along with the it, but "bearing firearms", which is Cool with me (that's not my concern now!)
Thanxs Betty!
