My question involves a roommate in the State of: Florida

I need to remove a roommate from my apartment. I am on the lease, she is not. She has not been in the apartment for several days and refuses to answer calls or text messages. The only thing we have heard from her is a couple of texts saying that she wants a copy of all the bills. As she is not on the lease and is not on any of the utility bills either, I am refusing to provide her with a copy. I have shown her the amounts and for some reason things have gone sour between us and she is acting like I am stealing from her. I don't have copies of some of the bills as well as they can get misplaced. I have never asked for more than her correct share, so there wouldn't be an issue with that either way.
I don't feel like doing her a courtesy, so I will not provide her with the bills as I don't want her having my private account numbers and information.
SHE DID NOT SIGN THE LEASE, so I want to know what my options are as I feel like she will probably skip out and not pay her share, but have a free place to store her crap. When can I change the locks?
Aside from this question, she has also gone to friends and coworkers saying that I have "f**ked" people I worked with. This is grounds for suing for defamation and slander, I know (which I doubt it will come to that). But how would I ask her to cease and desist this behavior to avoid any legal action being taken against her?
