My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Oregon
I have a friend who is 18 years old and she want to know what is last age where you can get emancepated from your parents in oregon?

Is she looking to leave home without permission, or is she concerned about financial aid for college? It makes a difference to the answer.

she's worried for financhel aid. She doesn't talk to her parents anymore because her parents kicked her out of the house. And I am worried that her parents would try to clame her again next year or this year. She is supporting her self, she has a job an everything. I still wonder what age where she doen't have try to clame emancipation

Emancipation does not make you eligible for financial aid. She needs to be 24 or declared independent.
