    Default Internet Forum Posts

Help settle a debate for me:

Let's say that you are a member of a forum similar to this one, and have placed posts (articles) on this site. You decide to remove one of your posts, and the Admin of the site bans you, and places your article back on the site, and since you have been banned, you cannot edit or delete your article.

Is this a copyright violation, or do you not own the rights to the article any longer, since you posted it to the internet?

    Opinions?

Read the sites terms of service but there is nothing you can do. Sites (like this one) often have "stickys" or the like to warn posters to use caution when they post or other issues related to topic
