Default Ex Boyfriend Involved Me in Employment Fraud and Tax Fraud

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Washington

I had come in to talk to him and he took me in the back and started tying all of this stuff in and asking for my information. Then he threw me on the phone with the pre-hire woman of the company and had me answer all of the hiring questions.
After I got off the phone he talked to her and made me a 'new hire'.
What I didn't know until later is that he and his boss came up with a plan to stop all employees from getting overtime.
Create an employee who doesn't actually work there, have them cash the checks and either put it back in the business or something, I don't know what happened to it after it left my hands, but I know now it's stealing from the employees since they're working these hours unpaid.
I asked him if it was legal and if his boss knew, and he said it was, but I know for sure his boss is very capable of doing something like that.

It was only two paychecks but I'm sure he's continuing this with someone else after we broke up shortly after.

How do I go about filing suit against this and clearing my name.
Do I file fraud over this? How do I go about solving it?

Also, he filed my taxes for and had them sent to his bank, I was slightly okay with it being that we were together and he gave me my return no problem, but he broke up with me shortly before my stimulus came and I know if I don't pursue it somehow I'll never see a single penny.

    What should I do?!

    Hire a lawyer!

It's not like you can prosecute him for fraud yourself, and obviously, you're not going to get anywhere demanding your stimulus check from him. There's nothing to do BUT hire a lawyer.

I don't know why workers would cooperate with not getting overtime pay, but if you or they wish you/they can file a wage complaint.

Change your address for your taxes. If your incentive check came and somebody forged your name to it, you can file a police report.
