Default Employer Filing Lawsuit for Spoiling Their Client

    Hi,

I was working with company A form last 8 months, this company didnt pay me on bench for 2 months and for one month of which i was working,
They took $4000 as H1 fee from me,and they use to pay me salary after 30 days of gap (holding one months salay everytime) and harrased me when i gave the resignation.

Before leaving company i appeared for an interview from them with a big company, and I got selected,They did all the paper work and commited to the project.

Now they are filling a lawsuite against me that I have soiled there client because i didnt joined the project and breach of employement aggrement in which it's written that I will join the project in any location if company says?

Will I be able to win it !

We haven't seen the lawsuit. We haven't read your contract.

You need to consult a lawyer.
