Default Emancipating from Only One Parent

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Nevada

My 16 year old, wants to have no more legal responsibility to see her father, and continue living with me - he no longer pays child support anyway as he has been unemployed for over 6 months-

    Is this possible?

After reading more I think the family court is probably a better place to start to change visitation requirement - Sorry, couldnt figure out how to delete this-

You can't emancipate from one parent. As you correctly concluded, this is a child custody issue, to be resolved between the parents or in the custody court.
