My question involves a consumer law issue in the State of: Ohio

We have made a verbal agreement to purchase a used vehicle, but I am now having reservations. The vehicle was only owned for about a year, but the price listed seems lower than what any of the others on the market are listed at. It makes me uneasy and I'm considering telling the seller that we're no longer interested. We have not made any deposits or down payments at this point, and the only information the seller has on us is a cell phone and email address. Legally, is there any liability on our part if we walk away at this point?
