    Unhappy Indecent Exposure in Texas

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Texas.
I was convicted for indecent exposure in 1994. I recieved a fine and 18 mos probation. I was just young and stupid - can I get this cleared? It's now making my professional life a nightmare!!!

Sounds like you were not convicted or found guilty in which case you can it expunged. This will remove it from all databases and when asked if you have even been convicted, even by a policeman, you can say no. However, you still have to reveal it under oath or on a federal security clearance application. If it was for peeing in public since the term indecent exposure has become a sex crime you might want to take it even further but ask your attorney. So you will first call expungment attorneys in your town and ask if they can help, if not find one on the internet or look one up in a Texas phone book or website
