    Default Rights to Probation Records

I am trying to get all of my records from the county probation office and the state probation and pardon service. No one have given me any of my information I have called, and also written a letter requesting the information. Under the Freedom of Information Act can they deny me the rights to my personal probation records?

    Default Probation Records

Probation records are not public records in the conventional sense, and may not be available under state FOIA laws.
