Default Noise Ordinance Violation Resulted in Paraphernalia Possession

My question involves criminal law for the state of: Minnesota

I was at a little house party in my hometown where we were playing beer pong outside in the yard and resultingly having a good time. The person who lived at the house was upstairs taking a power nap. During this time we saw 2 cop cars driving up slowly and then eventually parking. I immediatly knew something was going to happen and went to talk to them because this was my problem, since no one else lived there and I had brought them there on everyones day off. They had said a neighbor had called about the noise and would like to speak to the person who lived there. I proceeded into the house alone to wake up "Arlene". On the way threw the house i saw the bong sitting on the dinner table. Naturally I took it off the table and was going to make my way upstairs with it to hide it. Well on my way up the stairs and almost making it I hear "Ma'am Would you please bring that bong back down the stairs." I comtinued to wake up Arlene and go back downstairs with bong in hand. He asked if it was mine I told him it was. He told me to go out back with the others and wait for him.
Arlene finally came out and talked to the cops and she received a warning for the noise and went back to bed.
While the officer asked me to get the rest of the marijuana and bring it to him. I complied and told in honesty that I had none on me nor did anyone at the house. He decided that was good enough and continued to write me out a ticket with court date. the officers were nicer than usual and am lucky for that. This is my first offense and I only received possession of paraphernalia. I have a clear record as far as traffic tickets, minors, and other offenses. What can I expect on my court date? Able to tell me how big of a fine I could get???

You're looking at a fine of $200, possible drug classes, and a possible conditional release.

And the judge might call you a dumbass if he's in a foul temper.

In Minnesota, possession of a little pot is a lot like getting a parking ticket.

The reference should be to a conditional discharge. If you get that disposition, the court sets conditions you must meet and, if you do, your charge is dismissed.

Your fine will be for your conviction charges, whatever they are.

id would like to add that i only was ticketed for possession of paraphernalia, a bong with no pot. does that still count towards the $200 fine even though it wasn't actual marijuana?
