    Default Potential Divorce

My question involves divorce in the State of: WA
My wife is involved with her co-worker, and I have the proof of it. If I proceed with divorce, can she still likely get child custody and child support in court? I just want to know my options at this time.

    Thanks very much!

She CAN get custody, but whether or not she WILL is up to the court to decide.

If you get custody, she'll have to pay you support, and vice versa.
