Default Do Minors Have Rights to Their Own Court Records

I recently discovered that there was a case concerning me several years ago, which both of my parents refuse to tell me anything about because they believe I am not ready to know... which obviously raises several red flags.

Does a minor have the right to know about this? Is there any way I can find out this information with or without going through them? How does or is it even possible for a minor access his or her court records? Can I have an adult friend get my records? Does it cost money?

Please cite your information if you can (: Greatly appreciated.

    Florida.
