Default Can My Son's Surname Be Forced to Change?

my name is stan 21yrs old. i live in memphis tn. mother is 26yr, the husband 25yr.

little history about what i've gone through so far.
Met a girl she got pregnant first month, then moved in with her 2 months later end of the first month living together. she went back to her ex marrying him same month. half a month later called me begging me to come back.
i went back when she was 5 months pregnant until my son was 6 months old. split for same reason her going back to the husband this time which lives in new orleans LA. since then i got completely shut out of my son's life. took her to court in oct trying to keep her here with my son but judge granted her that she could move with my son...she was are ready living there but denied it also shown proof... next two court dates got continued. finally by end of may i got the judge to finally see my case.

had proof the husband was gang related, drug abuse "coke/meth" also caught with 2lb of weed and charged plead guilty for alot lower charge, also myspace messages of threats of hurting the mother while pregnant and i was back with her at the time. an from the time my son was born until she left again.
17 different messages printed shown to the female judge "i had a male judge in the beginning but they had it changed some how..." asked for lastname be changed to mine since he is my first child and only son and i took care of her and him until i got screwed again. i've never been arrested and only thing i've gotten is 4 seat belt tickets on my whole driving record.

judge granted last name stay the husbands, that i pay 450$ a month child support starting from the time my son was born so it tacked on another 100$ extra a month. i only made 8$ a hour max 35-40 hours a week and visitation be set supervised 1 hour each month at the child center downtown.

her family is rich can whipe there asses with 100's if they wanted. i'm now broke because i got layed off cant afford to fight much at all. there is a court date set nov 22 to see if they are going to allow me 1 over night stay a month. mother asked since the baby was so young for no time be given to me and said i never spent time with the baby and she now fears for her life. also note. had proof from her own friends and my family and others that from the time she got home from the hospital i took care of the baby while she went out n partyed every nite after she healed.

court systems suck for men. read alot of posts on women wanting to have there kids names changed because they wanted. give the men the last name at LEAST, because you will get what ever else you want damn near everytime. screw the image of the perfect family and matching names. its 2008 your name will change once your divorce and remarry ours dont change unless we as men want to take the females last name in marriage. choose who you lay down with because there is always a chance to get pregnant, so dont call us scumbags, lowlifes, bad dads; because we dont do what you say or want that moment. kids need both parents to be equal and not cut one another down to get over on each other.

You brought your motion to change your child's name, and the court denied your motion. So the child's name will remain what it is.

What's changed since your motion that would inspire the court to revisit a motion that's already been heard and decided?
