I am 17 my boyfriend is 19 my parents did not agree with our dating at first, but they did decide to let us be, now they have reported me as a runaway once and mon they kicked me out of their house and i left. the next day they called and said i needed to get all my stuff so we got it on sunday we decided it would be good to meet with them but my mom decided that she wanted me home for the holidays, would not let me leave all my stuff is still at my boyfriends and they changed the locks and gave my room, desk, dresser little belongings to my younger brother what can i do to get out of this situatuion?

Since my parents gave me all of my things was that their consent? or would it qualify in the courts if this got progressed? TY
