    Default Statute of limitations

I was terminated by my former employer on April 30, 2001. I have since been led to believe by my former employer that I am eligible for severance pay but they refuse to pay it? Is there a statute of limitations in Pennsylvania for filing a claim for severance pay in small claims court? :?

    Default Statute of Limitations

Yes. It is probably the standard four year statute of limitations for Pennsyvania contract actions, but you should consult with a lawyer to determine specifically which limitations period would apply and if there are any exceptions to the general rule which apply to your situation.
