Default How to Recover a Judgment

My question involves judgment recovery in the State of:Michigan

I have a judgment against a person with a payment schedule included in the judgment. This person has not met the terms for repayment. I also have a lein against the person's home. (My attorney at the time insisted I get that-sounded like a good idea at the time).

My question is this: Can I have this person's wages garnished to fulfill the judgment obligation? If so, how do I go about this.
The person has reneged (sp?) on the terms, so what if anything do I have to do to ensure repayment?
What good does the lein against the person's home do me?

I am doing this myself, without an attorney this time.

You can petition the court for an order of periodic garnishment. The court clerk should have forms you can use.
