    Post Emancipation?

My question involves emancipation laws for the State of: Virginia

Hello. At the moment, I am 15 years old. Around my birthday, I got kicked out of my house and my parents told me I could get emancipated. I know what I can do when I am emancipated, but what does it take?

I have been searching for this answer for a while now and I haven't found it yet. I know that it takes a lot, but I think I am prepared for this.

I have no job yet, nor can I without my parents losing the disability money they get for me. I have a place to live, and I am very good at making my own decisions. I have never gotten into trouble at school, or with the police and I think thats one of the requirements of emancipation.

My reasoning for emancipation is this: My parents want me out of the house and I want out too. Is that a good reason?

    I have no job yet,

As long as this is the case, you are wasting your time looking at emancipation. Unless you are capable of self-support, meaning that you are capable of paying your own rent, utiliites, phone, food, clothes, school fees and supplies, internet connection, and all other expenses, while simultaneously going to school and keeping your grades up, no judge will even read your petition.
