    Default House Arrest

    My question involves criminal law for the state of: massachusetts i was arested for asult and battery weeks ago ,i have no reacord .at the arenment my exgirfreind said she was afraind of me so they put me in jail went the next week for a bail hearing ,they put me on house arest ,able too go too work ,now my exgirl freand has had a change of heart she does not want me on house arest ,can i hav my lawyer file a moton too get of house arest ,before i go back for my pretrial? he has too file a motion any way so that i can go too counseling efor 3 hrs a day

    I doubt she has a say in the matter at this time. She may be allowed to testify, but the judge will decide the final outcome.

    sounds like theres no chance ?i have no record im 38 have a job own a home ,every one that ive taked too cant beleave i was put in jail ,and then house arest ,a guy in my town beat some one up with a bat and he was realased same day with no bail and he has a reacord ,
