    Default L1 to H1B

Before travelling to US in June 2007, I had both valid L1 (stamped in March 07) and H1B (stamped in Dec 2006) stamped on my passport.
I entered in US on L1 visa and after 3 months working on L1, I transfered my status from L1 to H1B as I had it stamped on my passport.
While transferring my status I also transferred my H1B to some other Company then H1B was stamped.

Just to re-iterate, I came to US on L1 for Company A, I also had my H1B for Company B stamped. I transfered my Status from L1 to H1B and also transfered my H1B from Company B to Company C without working for Company B.

I have all the approved papers for Company C from USCIS like I-129, I-797, I-539 and new I-94.

I have a questions on this.

    1. I am travelling back to India, and now want to stamp my H1B for Company C. Is there any problem with this case?

You have a valid H1B, never went out of status, and you've already been approved for Company C? Then you shouldn't have a problem.

Thanks for your help in my Mr Knowitall.

I have one further question on this. Does the fact that I never worked for Employer B and I transferred my H1B without the pay stubs from company B of whom I had visa stamped affect me in any case either now or at the time of my GC filing?
