Default Voluntary Car Surrender in Chapter 13

My question involves bankruptcy in the state of: WA.
I filed chapter 13 in the earlier part of this year. I did a voluntary surrender for my car. I didn't hear anything from them in a couple of months, so I called them and I was told that they were not going to come get the car because it wasn't worth it, but I can write them and offer them a settlement amount of anything and they have 30days to accept it for me to be able to get the title. I'm trying to figure out the best way to do this. Any suggestions?

Before you make any type of settlement offer to get the car & title, you might want to run this by your bankruptcy attorney or the trustee.
