My question involves landlord-tenant law in the State of: Florida

I have rented from this community complex now for 4 years, just outside of Disney. This past year, the complex was bought by a different company and I resigned the lease in March. I was never told that the complex was going condo and that the company didn't actually own my apartment..a private owner does. Also, I was never told that I would be the only long term lease in the building. Everyone else is on vacation (I live in Central Florida). Anyway, I live in an apartment on the other side of a pool (my apartment does not face it, but the building does). They recently opened a bar at the pool. I have an infant and young child who go to sleep at 7am. The bar stays open until 2am. The live music coming from the bar is so loud that the bass vibrates my walls and I hear screaming and yelling all night long. The babies are not sleeping well and I can never get to sleep before 3am. Between the bar noises and the drunk people walking by my apartment at all hours of the night, we are not getting any sleep.

If I had known about the short leases or the pool bar, I would have never resigned the lease for the fourth year.

What are my rights? Do I have a legal right to complain about the noise???
